腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术补片固定与非固定的临床比较

摘　　要：目的分析探究腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术补片固定与非固定的临床效果。方法从2016年1月至2018年12月在本院接受治疗的腹股沟疝患者中选择80例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者接受腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术固定补片治疗,观察组患者接受腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术非固定补片治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及血清肿指标分别为(40.55±10.11)min、(7.79±5.83)mL和3例,与对照组的(43.21±12.21)min、(9.03±5.00)m L和4例相比,差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时,观察组患者的术后1 d、术后2 d和术后3 d的疼痛评分结果分别为(3.76±1.17)分、(3.32±1.05)分和(2.44±0.88)分,显著低于对照组患者的(4.14±1.06)分、(3.44±0.98)分和(3.16±0.66)分(P<0.05)。结论与补片固定方式相比,腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术补片非固定治疗可以有效减轻患者的术后疼痛,在手术基本指标方面与补片固定方式无明显差异。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of fixed and non-fixed laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Methods Eighty patients with inguinal hernia who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.The patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and seroma index of the observation group were(40.55±10.11)min,(7.79±5.83)ml and 3 cases,respectively,compared with the control group(43.21±12.21)min,(9.03±5.00)ml was not statistically significant compared with 4 cases(P>0.05).At the same time,the pain scores of the observation group 1d,2d and 3d were(3.76±1.17),(3.32±1.05)and(2.44±0.88),respectively,which were significantly lower than the control group.(4.14±1.06)points,(3.44±0.98)points,and(3.16±0.66)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the fixation method of the patch,the non-fixed treatment of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients.There is no significant difference between the basic parameters of the operation and the fixation method of the patch.
