人性化护理管理对恢复期精神分裂症患者的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探析恢复期精神分裂症患者采取人性化护理管理效果。方法将本院2018年1月至2018年12月接收的100例恢复期精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组开展常规护理方案,研究组则接受人性化护理管理,统计各组干预前后SDSS评分、BPRS评分、SDS评分及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组SDSS、BPRS及SDS评分均较对照组更优(P<0.05);在护理满意度方面,研究组与对照组分别是94%和78%,研究组同对照组相比更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理在恢复期精神分裂症患者护理中应用效果明显,不仅可以增强患者社会功能,改善负面情绪及精神状态,同时有助于护患关系的改善。Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing management on convalescent schizophrenia patients.Methods 100 convalescent schizophrenia patients received in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing program,while the research group received humanized nursing management.SDSS scores,BPRS scores,SDS scores and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were counted.Results After intervention,the scores of SDSS,BPRS and SDS in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the study group and the control group were 94%and 78%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the study group was higher and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing management in the nursing of convalescent schizophrenic patients has obvious effect,which can not only enhance the social function of patients,improve negative emotions and mental state,but also help to improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
