护理风险管理在普外科护理满意度、护理风险事件以及护理纠纷发生率中的影响

摘　　要：目的研究护理风险管理在普外科护理满意度、护理风险事件以及护理纠纷发生率的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月医院收治的普外科患者124例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组采取常规护理管理方法,观察组在常规护理管理基础上开展有效的护理风险管理。比较两组的护理满意度,护理风险事件及护理纠纷的发生情况。结果观察组护理总满意率为93.55%,高于对照组的74.19%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组护理风险事件发生率为4.84%,低于对照组的19.35%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组护理纠纷发生率为3.23%,低于对照组的16.13%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理管理中,开展有效的护理风险管理,能够进一步提高患者满意度,减少护理风险事件及护理纠纷的发生,对提高护理质量、确保护理安全有重要意义。Objective To study the infl uence of nursing risk management on nursing satisfaction,nursing risk events and incidence of nursing disputes in general surgery.Methods 124 cases of general surgery patients admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing management method,and the observation group carried out effective nursing risk management on the basis of conventional nursing management.Nursing satisfaction,nursing risk events and nursing disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.55%,higher than that of the control group(74.19%),with signifi cant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 4.84%,which was lower than 19.35%in the control group,with signifi cant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group was 3.23%,which was lower than that in the control group(16.13%),showing a signifi cant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing risk management in general surgery nursing management can further improve patient satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events and nursing disputes,and is of great signifi cance to improve nursing quality and ensure nursing safety.
