整体护理对妇科贫血患者输血质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理干预对妇科贫血患者输血质量的影响。方法研究对象为2017年2月至2019年12月在我院进行输血治疗的162例妇科贫血患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(81例)和对照组(81例),给予两组患者整体护理干预和常规护理干预,对比两组输血治疗效果、抑郁焦虑评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患者输血治疗有效率98.75%,明显高于对照组的91.35%,护理服务的满意度96.29%明显高于对照组的87.65%;且观察组患者SAS评分(48.98±6.49)、SDS评分(49.12±5.25)均明显低于对照组(58.42±6.52、57.33±5.37,P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预在妇科贫血患者输血治疗中应用效果显著,可有效降低输血不良反应发生率,改善患者不良情绪,进而提升患者满意度,具有一定的临床全面推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention on blood transfusion quality in patients with gynecologic anemia.Methods The object of study for February 2017 to December 2019 in our hospital for transfusion treatment of 162 cases of gynecological patients with anemia,using the random number table method will be divided into observation group(81 cases)and control group(81 cases),two groups of patients'overall nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention,compared two groups of blood transfusion treatment,depression,anxiety score and nursing satisfaction.Results The effective rate of blood transfusion in the observation group was 98.75%,signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(91.35%),and the satisfaction of nursing service was 96.29%higher than that of the control group(87.65%).Moreover,the SAS score(48.98±6.49)and SDS score(49.12±5.25)of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group(58.42±6.52,57.33±5.37,P<0.05).Conclusion:holistic nursing intervention has a signifi cant effect in the transfusion treatment of patients with gynecologic anemia,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to blood transfusion,improve the patients'adverse emotions,and thus improve patient satisfaction.
