综合护理干预在新生儿喂养不耐受中的应用效果及对患者满意度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析对喂养不耐受的新生儿实施综合护理干预的临床效果以及对患儿家属满意度的影响情况。方法临床研究对象为70例于2017年12月至2019年12月期间在我院接受治疗的喂养不耐受新生儿,分组依据为随机数字表法,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合护理干预,比对护理干预效果以及对患儿家属满意度的影响情况。结果经护理后,观察组患者的体质量增加时间(3.10±0.28)d、胃潴留消失时间(3.11±0.40)d、腹胀消失时间(3.20±0.37)d以及呕吐消失时间(3.18±0.44)d显著低于对照组患者的体质量增加时间(4.80±0.38)d、胃潴留消失时间(5.20±0.55)d、腹胀消失时间(4.98±0.52)d以及呕吐消失时间(4.70±0.62)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的护理满意度分别为(97.14%)、(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予新生儿喂养不耐受患者行综合护理干预,可有效提高治疗效果,患儿家属满意度较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on newborns with feeding intolerance and the influence on the satisfaction of their families.Methods 70 infants with feeding intolerance who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,compared with the effect of nursing intervention and the satisfaction of the family members of the children.Results After nursing,the body weight increase time(3.10±0.28)d,the time of gastric retention disappeared(3.11±0.40)d,the time of abdominal distention disappearing(3.20±0.37)d and the time of vomiting disappearing(3.18±0.44)d were signifi cantly lower than the body weight increase time(4.80±0.38)d,gastric retention disappearance time(5.20±0.55)d,abdominal distension disappearance time(4.98±0.52)d,and vomiting disappearance time(4.70±0.62)d,The difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 97.14%and 71.43%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of the patients with feeding intolerance,and the satisfaction of their families is high.
