剖宫产产妇术后下肢深静脉血栓形成预防中空气波压力治疗仪的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨空气波压力治疗仪应用于剖宫产产妇术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防护理效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年3月期间,我院收治的行剖宫产的产妇100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例。术后给予对照组标准产后按摩护理,在此基础上,术后给予试验组空气波压力治疗仪护理。对比两组的护理效果、护理后各项凝血功能指标及护理满意度。结果试验组总有效率为100.00%,对照组总有效率为82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组PLT、APTT、TT、PT等各项凝血功能指标分别为(180.04±21.12)×109/L、(27.82±2.99)s、(15.22±2.12)s、(13.42±5.32)s,对照组分别为(213.43±41.92)×109/L、(36.58±5.92)s、(22.34±4.91)s、(18.33±6.83)s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度为92.00%,对照组护理满意度为66.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产产妇术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防护理中应用空气波压力治疗仪,对产妇术后下肢静脉血栓的形成起有效预防作用,可有效改善各项凝血功能指标,护理满意度高,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of air wave pressure therapy on the prevention and nursing of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section.Methods From June 2019 to March 2020,100 women with cesarean section admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.After the operation,the control group was given standard postpartum massage care.On this basis,the experimental group was given postoperative air wave pressure treatment equipment care.The nursing effect,indexes of coagulation function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 100.00%in the experimental group and 82.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After nursing,PLT,APTT,TT and PT were(180.04±21.12)×109/L,(27.82±2.99)s,(15.22±2.12)s,(13.42±5.32)s in the experimental group,and(213.43±41.92)×109/L,(36.58±5.92)s,(22.34±4.91)s,(18.33±6.83)s in the control group,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 92.00%,and that of the control group was 66.00%,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of air wave pressure therapy instrument in the prevention and nursing of the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section can effectively prevent the formation of the lower extremity vein thrombosis after the operation,improve the coagulation function indexes effectively,and achieve high nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing and using.
