循证护理在冠心病介入手术患者健康教育中的价值

摘　　要：目的研究循证护理在冠心病介入手术患者健康教育中的价值。方法取我院冠心病介入手术患者72例为研究对象,随机分研究组(循证护理)与对照组(常规护理)各36例,评估自我管理行为、生存质量与并发症。结果研究组治疗依从性、改善生活习惯、应急处理行为与自我管理行为的分值较对照组均高,研究组睡眠、疼痛、社会支持、自我疾病认识、活动能力、治疗不良反应与面部表情的分值较对照组均高,研究组并发症率(11.11%)较对照组(36.11%)低,P<0.05(具统计学差异)。结论对冠心病介入手术患者采用循证护理能提高自我管理能力,延长生存质量且预防并发症发生,纠正不良生活习惯且改善心理应激反应,加强其与家属对疾病认知程度,便于达到提高治疗依从性的目的,缓解疼痛程度且保持充足睡眠,确保手术流程顺利进行,便于达到治愈疾病的目的,安全性高,值得借鉴。Objective To study the value of evidence-based nursing in health education for patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional surgery.Methods A total of 72 patients with coronary artery disease interventional surgery were enrolled in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into study group(evidence-based nursing)a nd control group(conventional nursing),respectively,to evaluate self-management behavior,quality of life and complications.Resulst The scores of treatment adherence,improvement of living habits,emergency treatment behavior and self-management behavior were higher in the study group than in the control group.The study group had sleep,pain,social support,self-discipline awareness,activity ability,treatment side effects and facial expression.The scores were higher than the control group.The complication rate of the study group(11.11%)was lower than that of the control group(36.11%),P<0.05(statistical difference).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with coronary heart disease intervention can improve self-management ability,prolong quality of life and prevent complications,correct bad habits and improve psychological stress response,and strengthen their awareness of disease with their families.Improve the purpose of treatment compliance,relieve pain and maintain adequate sleep,ensure the smooth operation of the surgical procedure,easy to achieve the purpose of curing the disease,high safety,it is worth learning.
