产后康复护理对初产妇子宫复旧及产褥感染发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨产后康复护理对初产妇子宫复旧及产褥感染发生率的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的初产妇1000例随机分为两组,各500例。对照组初产妇接受常规产后护理干预,观察组初产妇接受产后康复护理干预。对比两组产妇盆底肌肌力恢复情况、SAS及SDS评分、并发症发生率。结果观察组盆底肌恢复效果优于对照组(P<0.05);两组在干预前的SAS及SDS评分对比(P>0.05);两组干预后SAS及SDS评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05),且与对照组相比,观察组SAS及SDS评分较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比(22.40%),观察组总并发症发生率(10.60%)较低(P<0.05)。结论将产后康复护理应用于初产妇的护理中,能够改善产妇的心理状态,降低子宫复旧及产褥感染的发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of postpartum rehabilitation nursing on the incidence of uterine involution and puerperal infection in primipara.Methods 1000 primiparas who admitted in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 500 cases in each group.Control group was given routine postpartum nursing intervention,and observation group was given postpartum rehabilitation nursing intervention.The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,SAS and SDS scores,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the SAS and SDS scores between two groups before intervention(P>0.05);The SAS and SDS scores in two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);The incidence of total complications in observation group(10.60%)was lower than that in control group(22.40%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation nursing in primipara can improve maternal mental state,and decrease the incidence of uterine involution and puerperal infection.
