摘　　要：目的探讨压力传感器在中药直肠滴中的应用,比较传统直肠滴药与压力检测下直肠滴药的治疗效果.方法将40例就诊于医院整形美容科,并符合肝郁气滞型黄褐斑患者,随机分为试验组(传感器监测下直肠滴药)和对照组(传统直肠滴药),各20例,比较两组治疗效果,滴药后排便时间,患者舒适度.结果试验组有效率为95%,明显高于对照组的70%(P<0.05);试验组药物保留时间较对照组时间长(P<0.05),且患者舒适度较高(P<0.05).结论压力控制后滴药时直肠压力低于初始便意阈值,极小或无便意,使药物保留吸收时间延长,提高了治疗效果.Objective To explore the application of pressure sensor in rectal instillation of traditional Chinese medicine and compare the efficacy of traditional rectal instillation with rectal instillation under pressure detection^A total of 40 patients with chloasma caused by liver Qi stagnation who visited the Plastic Surger^^Center of our hospital were randomly divided into a test group(rectal instillation monitored by the sensor,n=20)and a control group(traditional rectal instillation,n=20).The two groups were compared in efficacy,time of defecation after instillation and patients'comfort.Results The effective rate of the test group was 95%,significantly higher than the control group of 70%(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the test group had longer retention time of drugs(P<0.05)and higher patients'comfort(P<0.05).Conclusion When the instillation is conducted with the pressure controlled,the rectal pressure is lower than the initial threshold of awareness of defecation and the awareness of defecation is minimized or eliminated,which can prolong the retention time of drugs,increase the absorption time of drugs and improve the efficacy.
