摘　　要：目的调查医学院校毕业生心理健康状况,为医学院校开展毕业生职业生涯规划及心理健康教育提供一定参考。方法采用SCL-90对医学院校毕业生心理健康状况进行测量,并比较不同性别毕业生的心理健康状况。结果医学院校毕业生在SCL-90的9个因子得分均高于全国青年常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医学院校毕业生在SCL-90的强迫及人际关系2个因子得分高于2分,达到了心理健康问题的诊断标准。男生在SCL-90的9个因子得分均高于女生,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男生在SCL-90的强迫、人际关系及抑郁3个因子得分高于2分;女生在SCL-90的强迫因子得分高于2分,均达到了心理健康问题的诊断标准。结论医学院校毕业生心理健康状况总体不佳,在某些方面存在较多的心理健康问题,需引起学生管理工作者的重视。Objective To investigate the mental health status of medical college graduates,so as to provide some references for career planning and mental health education of medical college graduates.Methods By using SCL-90,the mental health status of medical college graduates were measured,and the mental health status of different genders was compared.Results The 9 factors of SCL-90 of the medical college graduates were all higher than those of the national youth norm,and all the differences had statistically significant(P<0.05).The factors of SCL-90 in compulsion and interpersonal relationships of the medical college graduates were more than 2 points,reaching the diagnostic criteria for the existence of mental health problems.The 9 factors of SCL-90 of the male medical college graduates were all higher than those of the females,but the differences had no statistically significant(P>0.05).The factors of SCL-90 in compulsion,interpersonal relationships,and depression of the male medical college graduates were more than 2 points,and the factors of SCL-90 in compulsion of the female medical college graduates was more than 2 points,reaching the diagnostic criteria for the existence of mental health problems.Conclusion The mental health of medical college graduates is generally poor,and there are many mental health problems in some aspects,which should be paid attention to by student management workers.
