摘 要:为探讨鸭源H9N2亚型禽流感病毒是否具备直接从水禽跨种属传播至人的潜能,该文应用鸭源禽流感病毒H9N2亚型体外感染正常人肺组织,并进行免疫组化实验检测流感病毒核蛋白(NP)抗原,探究H9N2病毒在人肺组织复制特性。结果:鸭源H9N2亚型禽流感病毒DK/GX/527/2012、DK/GX/4095/2012和鹌鹑源H9N2亚型禽流感病毒QA/GX/3139/2012均可感染人肺组织;免疫组化实验检测NP抗原,病毒可在肺泡细胞有效复制。结论:鸭源禽流感病毒H9N2亚型可在人肺泡细胞中有效复制,随着该病毒基因的持续突变和进化,具有演变成新型流感病毒引起大流行的潜能。In order to explore the possibility of direct transmission of duck derived H9N2 subtype from waterfowl to human,we used duck derived avian influenza H9N2 subtype to infect normal human lung tissue in vitro,the influenza virus nucleocapsid protein antigen was detected by immunohistochemistry to investigate the replication of H9N2 virus in human lung tissue.Results:Duck derived H9N2 subtype avian lnfluenza DK/GX/527/2012,DK/GX/4095/2012 and quail derived H9N2 subtype avian influenza QA/GX/3139/2012 could infect human lung tissues,and NP Antigen was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the virus could replicate effectively in alveolar cells.Conclusion:the H9N2 subtype of avian influenza can be effectively replicated in human alveolar cells,and with the continuous mutation and evolution of the virus gene,it has the potential to evolve into a new influenza virus causing a pandemic.
