摘　　要：目的观察BIS指导下丙泊酚或依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注对子宫切除术患者麻醉效果的影响。方法用"单双数掷骰子"的方法将我院98例实施子宫切除术的患者均匀分配至对照组和观察组,经常规麻醉诱导后,对照组在BIS指导下靶控输注丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼,观察组在BIS指导下靶控输注依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼,对比两组患者的临床观察指标、不同时间点的心率及血压和不良反应发生率。结果两组患者的麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间及不同时间点的心率、血压均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者不良反应总发生率明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫切除术患者实施BIS指导下依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注的麻醉效果更好,且安全性更好,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of target-controlled infusion of propofol or etomidate combined with remifentanil under BIS guidance on anesthesia in patients undergoing hysterectomy.Methods 98 patients who underwent hysterectomy in our hospital were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group by the method of"single or double dice roll".After routine anesthesia induction,the control group received target-controlled infusion of propofol combined with remifentanil under the guidance of BIS.The observation group received target-controlled infusion of etomidate combined with remifentanil under the guidance of BIS.The clinical observation indexes and different time points of the two groups were compared.Heart rate,blood pressure and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The induction time of anesthesia,recovery time,extubation time,heart rate and blood pressure at different time points in the two groups there were no statistical significantly differences(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia effect of etomidate combined with remifentanil target controlled infusion under BIS guidance for hysterectomy patients is better,and the safety is better,which is worth popularizing.
