摘  要:为了研制兼具环保性和良好摩擦学性能的水性粘结固体润滑涂层,以去离子水为分散介质,水性环氧树脂为粘结剂,二硫化钼为润滑剂,采用油漆喷涂工艺研制水性粘结固体润滑涂层,探究粘结剂的固化温度、二硫化钼粒度对涂层摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,当固化温度60℃,润滑剂与粘结剂的质量比为1.2∶1,二硫化钼D 50粒度≤3.0μm时,涂层具有良好的抗摩减磨性能,此时负荷在50~500 N下,耐磨寿命达到185 m/μm,稳定阶段的摩擦系数为0.09。The lubricious dry film was prepared by coating of mixture including water as dispersion media,water-based epoxy resin as binder,MoS 2 as lubricant to find the water-based lubricious coating film with performance both environment friendly and friction excellent.The binder solidification temperature and MoS 2 particle size were investigated emphatically and the results showed good performance could be achieved in conditions that solidification temperature was 60℃,the ratio of lubricant to binder was 1.2∶1 and the particle size of MoS 2 was less than 1μm.The wearing life of the coating film could be 185 m/μm and friction coefficient of stable stage could be 0.09 at the load of 50~500 N.
