摘 要:描述了拉拔钼丝表面沟槽和凹坑两种主要微缺陷及其形成原因,通过分析拉拔钼丝的表面层结构,明确提升钼丝拉拔加工过程中圆周受力的均匀性和润滑的有效性是提高钼丝表面质量的有效途径。在实际生产过程中,通过控制拉拔钼丝原料的表面金属微堆叠和均匀化表面组织结构,同时提高拉拔模具孔型的对称性和提高设备的精度能有效提高钼丝拉拔过程的圆周受力均匀性;通过控制石墨乳的粒度分布、粘度和分散度,并在加工过程中合理设置石墨乳比重和加热方式,能有效提高拉拔过程中石墨乳润滑的有效性。为高表面质量的高端钼丝国产化生产工艺的制定提供参考借鉴。This paper describes the microscopic appearance and causes of formation of the groove and the pit,which are the two main microdefects on the surface of drawn molybdenum wire.It is an effective way to improve the surface quality of molybdenum wire by uniforming circumferential force and ameliorating the effectiveness of lubrication.Controlling the surface metal micro-stack and homogenizing the surface structure of the drawing molybdenum wire raw material,improving the symmetry of the drawing die and the precision of the equipment are effective approaches to improve the uniformity of the circular force on the molybdenum wire in the drawing process.The efficiency of graphitic lubrication can be improved by choosing suitable gravity of the graphite emulsion and heating method in the process of drawing.It provides a reference for the development of domestic production process of high quality molybdenum wire.
