钼端帽用钼粉的制备工艺优化研究

摘  要:钼粉的形貌及大小对钼端帽的压制成型有着重要的影响。本文采用喷雾造粒工艺对原料钼粉进行造粒,研究喷雾造粒过程中原料钼粉粒度、粘结剂含量和撒料盘转速等参数对造粒钼粉形貌和性能的影响。结果表明,当钼粉原料粒度Fsss3.2~3.4μm,粘结剂含量2.1%、撒料盘转速11500 r/min时制备出的造粒钼粉性能最好,将之模压成型并烧结,制备出合格的钼端帽产品,填补了国内生产空白。The morphology and size of molybdenum powder have an important influence on the forming of molybdenum end cap.In this paper,granulation molybdenum powder was prepared by spray granulation.The effects of molybdenum granularity,binder content and sprinkle disk speed on morphology and performance of granulation molybdenum powder were studied.The results show that,When the raw material particle size of molybdenum powder is Fsss 3.2~3.4μm,the binder content is 2.1%and scattering speed is 11500 r/min,the performance of the molybdenum powder is the best.The qualified molybdenum end cap product is prepared by molding and sintering,which fills the production gap in China.
