摘　　要：从PowerMILL软件的特点入手,介绍了PowerMILL二次开发常用的两种方法,并基于VB对PowerMILL加工软件进行了二次开发。结合汽车覆盖件模具的加工实际,开发出的工作界面可以一键设置各个刀具路径的公差、余量、程序名称、安全高度等参数,极大简化了编程步骤,提高了编程人员的工作效率,减少了人为因素造成的生产事故。From the characteristics of the PowerMILL software,this paper introduced two methods commonly used in the secondary development of PowerMILL,and based on VB,the secondary development of PowerMILL was carried out.Combined with the actual machining of automobile cover die,the developed working interface can set the tolerance,allowance,program name,safety height and other parameters of each tool path with one key,greatly simplifying the programming steps,improving the working efficiency of the programmers and reducing the production accidents caused by human factors.
