摘　　要：通过分析空调蒸发器支架零件成形的工艺特点,在原有单冲工艺(落料冲孔→Z形弯折→弯折、压筋→冲孔→切角→Z形弯折、压筋→弯折→弯折→压平打V形,共9副模具)的基础上,经过工艺改善,提出了1副多工位级进连续模冲压的方案。重点阐述了该零件冲压成形的排样、模具结构以及模具的工作原理。该多工位级进连续模的成功开发替代了原生产的单冲模,为企业节省了生产成本,提高了生产效率,解决了材料的利用率低的问题,增加了经济效益,确保了产品质量的稳定性。According to the forming process features of the evaporator bracket parts of an air conditioner,a progressive continuous die with multi-station was presented after processing improvements on the basis of the original single step pressing processes(blanking and punching→Z shape bending→bending,beading→punching→cutting angles→Z shaped bending,beading→bending→bending→flattening and pressing to V shape,9 sets of dies in total).The layout,structure and working principle of the aforementioned punching and forming die were introduced.The progressive continuous die with multi-station replaces the original single step pressing die sets,saves the production cost,improves production efficiency,improves material utilization,increases economic benefits and ensures the stability of product quality.
