摘  要:针对起动齿轮特殊的结构特点,对该零件进行了分析并制定了3个成形方案。利用Deform-3D软件对工件的金属流动规律、变形特点、成形缺陷等问题进行了有限元模拟。通过方案的讨论与模拟结果的对比分析,最终确定方案二更佳。该方案既能满足成形要求又大幅降低了成形载荷,且齿形充填饱满,基本无成形缺陷。并在此基础上制作了一套试验装置,验证了设计与模拟的合理性。In view of the special structural characteristics of the starting gear,the part was analyzed and three forming processes were investigated in this paper.The finite element simulation of metal flow,deformation and forming defects of the workpiece was carried out by using Deform-3D software.Through discussion and comparative analysis of simulation results,scheme II was finally selected.This scheme can meet the forming requirements and greatly reduce the forming load,and the gear teeth were fully filled with no forming defects.A set of experimental device was made,by which the rationality of the design and simulation was verified.
