卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂一例

摘　　要：卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂是子宫内膜异位症较常见的并发症,伴随子宫内膜异位发病率上升,卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂也成为妇科急腹症之一。它的严重程度与破裂口大小、囊液的性质、囊液的多少等有关。由于其起病急骤,需手术处理时,术前明确诊断有一定困难,容易发生误诊,应结合病史、体格检查、妇科检查及阴道后穹隆穿刺进一步明确诊断。另外,卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂多发生于卵巢功能旺盛的育龄妇女,且多发生于围月经期。Rupture of ovarian chocolate cyst is a common complication of endometriosis.With the incidence rate of endometriosis increasing,the rupture of chocolate cyst of ovary has become one of gynecological acute abdomen.Its severity is related to the size of the rupture,the nature of the fluid and the amount of fluid.Because of its sudden onset,it is difficult to make a definite diagnosis before operation,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed.The diagnosis should be further confirmed by the combination of medical history,physical examination,gynaecological examination and puncture of posterior vault of vagina.In addition,the rupture of ovarian chocolate cyst mostly occurred in women of childbearing age with strong ovarian function,and mostly occurred in perimenstrual period.
