摘  要:为澄清大型冷却塔等效风荷载设计安全问题,对比了系列气弹模型风洞试验、中国水工规范(GB/T 50102-2014)和欧洲规范(VGB-R610e:2010)的风效应关键参数-风振系数取值情况。按照欧洲规范推导了适用于中国风场环境的冷却塔风振系数计算公式,并对不同高度冷却塔风振性能及影响因素进行分析。相比于中国规范采用依赖场地类别的常数项作为风振系数,欧洲规范风振系数则考虑了冷却塔几何尺寸与动力特性、基本风压大小等多种因素的影响;两国规范风振系数取值与风洞试验结果均有一定的偏差。将众多影响因素归结为气动力参数和结构线型参数,对塔筒壳体的风振系数取值进行分析,最终推荐了一种大型冷却塔风振效应计算方法。In order to clarify the equivalent wind load values of the large cooling tower,the wind-induced vibration coefficients among those of a series of aero-elastic model tests in the wind tunnels,China Code(GB/T50102—2014)and Europe Code(VGB-R610 e:2010)were compared.The updated formulas based on the concept of Europe Code were derived for the purpose of suitability for the field definition in China.Windinduced vibration performance and influencing factors of cooling towers with different heights were analyzed.Compared with the Chinese Code in which the constant term depending on the field categories are used as the wind vibration coefficient,the Europe Code considers the influence of the cooling tower geometrical sizes,dynamic properties,the basic wind pressure and other factors.The wind vibration coefficients of these Codes show obvious deviation compared with the results of wind tunnel tests.Synthesizing several factors such as aerodynamic parameters and line-type parameters and analyzing the wind-induced vibration coefficient of the tower’s throat,in the end,a method to calculate wind-induced vibration coefficients was recommended for the design of large cooling towers.
