摘  要:不锈钢芯板结构是一种新型夹层板结构,对2块不锈钢芯板足尺试件进行了试验研究和有限元模拟,对比二者结果验证了有限元模型的准确性,在此基础上对不锈钢芯板四边简支板的受力过程和变形特性进行了分析。分析表明不锈钢芯板作为楼板设计计算时应以挠度控制为主,破坏现象为面板靠近支座处出现波浪形褶皱变形。基于虚功原理采用条带法解析推导了不锈钢芯板四边简支板在均布荷载下的跨中挠度简化计算公式,结合计算公式采用有限元模拟进行参数分析,对比有限元计算结果和公式计算结果验证了公式的合理性。The stainless steel core plate structure is a new type of sandwich plate structure.In this paper,the experimental research and finite element simulation of two stainless steel core plate full-scale tests pieces are carried out.The accuracy of the finite element model is verified by comparing to the results.On this basis,the stress process and deformation characteristics of the four-side simply-supported plates of stainless steel core plates were analyzed.It is found that the stainless steel core plate should be dominated by the deflection control when calculating the floor slab.The failure phenomenon is that the wavy fold deformation occurs near the support of the panel.Based on the principle of virtual work,the strip method is used to analyze and derive the simple calculation formula of the mid-span deflection of the four-side simply-supported plate of stainless steel core plate under uniform load.The finite element simulation is used to analyze the parameters and the finite element calculation results and formula calculation are compared to verify the rationality of the formula.
