摘　　要：目的延伸医院护理服务,满足患者居家护理服务需求。方法成立“互联网+护理服务”领导小组和工作小组,初步构建医院-家庭、医院-社区、医院-社区-家庭3种护理服务模式,研发相应信息平台,建立运行保障机制。结果实施4个月,为83例患者提供124例次护理服务,未发生护理相关不良事件;患者满意度评分4.41±0.69;参与护理服务的31名护士对该模式的10个评价条目肯定率为64.5%~100%。结论以医院为主体的“互联网+护理服务”模式,一定程度上满足了患者居家护理服务需求,有利于促进护士多点执业的发展。Objective To meet the needs of home care services among discharged patients by extending hospital care service.Methods The leadership group and working group of"Internet plus nursing service"were built to formulate three nursing service modes of hospital-family,hospital-community and hospital-community-family,then develop targeted information technology-assisted platforms and establish operating mechanism.Results After 4 months of implementation,83 patients received 124 counts of nursing service,and no adverse event occurred.Patients scored 4.41±0.69 on satisfaction.Among 31 nurses who provided nursing service,64.5%-100%of them gave positive feedbacks on 10 evaluation items.Conclusion Implementation of hospital-driven"Internet plus nursing service"meets the needs of patients,which is conducive to promoting the development of nurses′multi-site practice.
