摘  要:针对厚煤层坚硬顶板不易垮落,随工作面的推进空区顶板形成大规模悬顶,造成工作面矿压显现强烈的问题,以三道沟煤矿85201工作面开采为研究对象,运用实验室试验、数值计算、现场观测等方法开展相关研究。研究表明,随工作面推进,直接顶上方表覆岩破坏区持续发展;超前支承压力最大值为14.5MPa,出现在距离切眼约6m处,最大影响范围约250m,明显影响范围为65m;工作面初次来压步距约为75m,来压周期约为22.5m,来压后压力下降最高达到27.94MPa,矿压显现在切眼两帮更加显著;实施坚硬顶板预裂爆破技术,可实现坚硬顶板围岩的有效控制。Hard roof of thick coal seams is not easy to fall.Therefore,with working face advancing,large-scale suspended roofs above goaf appear,which could cause severe strata behaviors.Taking No.85201 working face in Sandaogou Mine as research object,studies were carried out,including laboratory test,numerical calculation,and and field observation.Results show that,with the working face advancing,the failure zone of overburden strata above immediate roof keeps developing.The maximum advanced abutment pressure is 14.5 MPa,about 6 meter away from the cut-off holes,with about 250 meters of the maximum influence range and 65 meters of prominent influence range.Initial weighting interval of the working face is around 75 meters,and the period 22.5 meters.After the weighting,the maximum pressure drop reaches 27.94 MPa and the strata behaviors at two sides of cut-off holes are more prominent.The implementation of presplit blasting can effectively control the surrounding rock of the hard roof.
