摘 要:目的:实验主要探讨加压血流受限和不加压血流受限分别结合跑步运动,两种不同运动方案对女性运动后肌肉疲劳度和肌力的影响。方法:借助O2C、MyotonPRO对两种实验方案开始前后的生化指标、生物力学指标进行监测,并对这两种实验方案进行效果对比,来探讨两种运动方案下肌力、肌肉状态以及肌肉疲劳度的相关机制。结果:加压血流受限(P<0.01)对女性疲劳度及肌力的影响大于无加压(P<0.05)。结论:加压血流受限能够更好地使肌力和肌肉状态得到暂时性提高,其结合运动耗时短,效果显著。The experiment discussed the effects of blood flow restriction(BRF)and without BRF combined with running respectively on muscle fatigue and muscle strength after exercise in young female.By monitoring the biochemical and biomechanical indexes before and after the start of the two experimental schemes,and comparing the effects of the two experimental schemes with the detection indexes,the related mechanisms of muscle strength,muscle state and muscle fatigue under the two exercise schemes were discussed.The experimental results showed that BRF could temporarily improve the muscle strength and muscle state,and the combined exercise with restricted blood flow under pressure was short and effective.
