超声引导下穿刺抽吸血肿治疗运动员跖肌腱断裂

摘　　要：研究的目的是探讨超声引导下穿刺抽吸血肿治疗跖肌腱断裂的安全性和有效性。主要方法:针对27例跖肌腱断裂患者,首先利用超声定位跖肌腱断裂血肿位置,然后在超声引导下采用9号穿刺针,穿刺进入血肿中心并且抽吸,之后用绷带加压包扎。结果:27列患者中有26(96.3%)患者一次抽吸成功,给予加压包扎固定;有1例(3.7%)患者第一次抽吸压迫后,尚有明显症状给予再次抽吸。患者最快于第二天即可开始康复训练,一周后重返赛场。治愈率为96.3%,总体治疗有效率为100%。操作无相关并发症发生。结论:在超声引导下穿刺抽吸血肿治疗跖肌腱断裂安全、有效。To explore the safety and effectiveness of ultrasonic guided aspiration and aspiration of hematomas in the treatment of rupture of plantar tendon.Methods:For the 27 patients with metatarsal tendon rupture,ultrasound was firstly used to locate the location of the hematoma caused by the rupture of metatarsal tendon.Then under the guidance of ultrasound,No.9 puncture needle was used to puncture into the center of the hematoma and aspirate it,and then pressure dressing with bandage.Results:In the 27 cases,there are 26cases(96.3%)with asuction pressure,resumed training in the second days;1case(3.7%)were the first aspiration after the pessure,there are obvious signs given resmoked compression after success.The patients could start rehabilitation training as soon as the next day,and the recovery rate was 96.3%and the overall effective rate was 100%.No related complications occurred.Conclusion:It is safeandeffective to treat the rupture of plantaristendon with ultrasound guided aspiration and aspiration of hematomas.
