摘 要:为了促进游戏体适能课程在我国幼儿园得到进一步的开展,提高我国幼儿体质健康水平,增强我国国民素质。本文以深圳市龙岗区幼儿园翰邻城分园四个大班共152名幼儿为研究对象,采用文献资料法、实验测量法和数理统计对四个大班的幼儿进行跳绳、篮球运球10米折返绕障碍物、20米快速跑以及坐位体前屈4项指标为期20周的游戏体适能训练,观察大班幼儿身体素质在一个学期后的变化情况。认为:通过为期20周的体适能训练后,四个大班幼儿的速度、协调性、灵敏性、柔韧性以及心肺耐力都有一定的提升。其中一分钟跳绳的合格人数从91名增加到138名,占总人数的90.79%,优秀人数34名增加到74名,占总人数的48.68%;20米快速跑虽然只有3人达到优秀水平,但合格人数从49名增加到90名,合格率相对于前测提高了26.97%;坐位体前屈的合格人数从57名增加到92名,合格率相对于前测提高了23.03%,优秀人数从2名提高到14名,优秀率相对于前测提高了7.89%;篮球运球10米折返绕障碍物的合格人数从128名增加到152名,后测的合格率达到了100%,优秀人数从74名增加到138名,优秀率相对于前测提高了42.11%。建议:在幼儿阶段进行游戏体适能课程具有一定的实效性和经济性,不但可以促进幼儿身心健康的发展,培养幼儿体育兴趣,而且对幼儿身体素质的全面发展起到重要的作用,应该广泛推广游戏体适能课程在我国幼儿园进行。In order to promote the further development of the games-physical fitness curriculum in our country's kindergartens,improve the physical health of our children,enhance the quality of our citizens.This paper taking 152 children in four classes in hanlincheng branch of LongGang District government kindergarten in ShenZhen city as the research objects.In order to observe the changes of physical quality of children in large class after one semester,it uses the literature material method,experimental method and mathematical statistics to rope skipping,four large infants basketball dribbling 10 meters turn-back around obstructions,20 metres sprints and Sit forward bend 4 indicators for 20 weeks of games-fitness training.It is believed that after 20 weeks of physical fitness training,the speed,coordination,agility,flexibility and cardiopulmonary endurance of the four classes of children have been improved.The number of qualified jumpers in one minute increased from 91 to 138,accounting for 90.79%of the total,and the number of excellent jumpers increased from 34 to 74,accounting for 48.68%of the total.Although only 3 people in the 20-meter fast run reached the excellent level,the number of qualified people increased from 49 to 90,with the qualified rate increasing by 26.97%compared with the pre-test.The number of people who were qualified for sitting forward flexion increased from 57 to 92,the passing rate increased by 23.03%compared with the pretest,the excellent number increased from 2 to 14,and the excellent rate increased by 7.89%compared with the pretest.The qualified basketball dribble 10 meters around the obstacle increased from 128 to 152,the qualified rate of the post-test reached 100%,the excellent number increased from 74 to 138,the excellent rate increased by 42.11%compared with the pre-test.It is suggested that the games-physical fitness curriculum in the early childhood has certain effectiveness and economy,which can not only promote the development of children's physical and mental health,cultivate childre
