摘 要:随着国民经济的发展及智能化技术的不断进步,用户对用电质量的要求在不断提升。为了满足设备用户与电力管理部门对设备的实时运行状态、设备状态变化趋势、故障趋势及预测、设备可靠性的评估和系统可靠性评估方面的直接的、迫切的需求,需要对电力设备的可靠性进行深入研究,实现对设备状态的量化评估。在对电力设备的可靠性指标、可靠性试验方案、状态评价模型等一系列内容的探索性研究的基础上开发出一套基于特征阈值的开关设备状态评估系统。该系统采用模块化评估计算,多级结果耦合分析等方法,实现对设备整体状态的实时评估,同时分别实现了系统的单独部署应用和嵌入数据平台中的应用。With the development of the national economy and the continuous advancement of intelligent technology,the requirements for the quality of electricity are constantly increasing.In order to meet the direct and urgent needs of equipment users and electrical management departments for real⁃time operating status,status change trend,fail⁃ure trend and reliability evaluation of equipment,the study of power equipment reliability is required,so as to real⁃ize the quantitative evaluation of equipment state.Based on a serial of exploratory research,including reliability in⁃dex,reliability test plan and condition assessment model of power equipment,a status evaluation system of switch⁃gear based on characteristic threshold is developed.The system uses modular evaluation calculation,multi⁃level re⁃sults coupling analysis and other methods to realize the real⁃time evaluation of the overall status of the equipment,and realizes the application of the system separately deployed and embedded in the data platform.
