摘 要:为获取GIS过热缺陷下内部导体的温度分布,建立了252 kV三相分箱GIS母线筒三维电—磁—热—流多物理场耦合模型。利用Ansys Maxwell 3D模块计算获得GIS的功率损耗,将功率损耗作为热源导入Ansys Fluent模块进行热流耦合计算,获得温度分布。基于壳体表面温度分布的试验数据对仿真模型参数进行修正后,壳体和内部导体表面温度分布仿真数据和试验数据高度吻合。最后,通过不同工况下GIS内部导体和壳体表面温度分布试验数据验证了模型的适用性,为已知壳体温度计算获取内部导体温度奠定了基础,具有重要的工程应用价值。In order to obtain the temperature distribution of the internal conductor under the GIS overheating defect,3⁃D multi⁃physics coupling model was established to analyze the electromagnetic field,temperature field and gas flow field of 252 kV three⁃phase sub⁃aspect bus in GIS.The power loss of the GIS was calculated by Ansys Maxwell 3D,and temperature distribution was obtained by Ansys Fluent for heat flow coupling calculation.After modifying the simulation model parameters based on the test data of the surface temperature distribution of the shell,the simu⁃lation data of the surface temperature distribution of the shell and the internal conductor are in good agreement with the test data.Finally,the applicability of the model was verified by the test data under different working conditions,and it lays the foundation for obtaining the temperature rise of the internal conductor for the known temperature rise of the shell,and it has important engineering application value.
