摘 要:SF6高压断路器是保障电网安全稳定运行的关键设备,机械特性测试是评估其机构运行状态的主要手段。文中从断路器在型号和结构方面的差异入手,系统地比较了各型断路器动作时间测量原理、速度参数定义算法、合闸电阻投入方式等方面的不同,再辅以测试现场常用技巧,从而全面透析了机械特性测试工作的本质;基于国内外相应测试仪器的研发现状,探究了最优现场测试方案;最后通过梳理各型分析识别技术,解析了断路器机构运行状态智能评价方案的实际需要和研发路径。SF6 high⁃voltage circuit breaker is the key equipment that ensures the safe and stable operation of the pow⁃er grid.The mechanical characteristics test is the main means which can effectively evaluate the operating state of its mechanism.Starting with the difference comparison in the type and structure of circuit breakers and following with the common skill on the test site,the differences between the action time measurement principles,the speed parame⁃ters definition algorithms and the closing resistance input modes of each type of circuit breakers is systematically compared in this paper;as a result,the essence of mechanical characteristics test is fully uncovered.Based on the summary of research and development status of the relevant test instruments at home and abroad,the best on⁃site test scheme is proposed.Finally,after untangling the defect analysis and recognition technologies,the actual needs and development path of intelligent evaluation scheme of circuit breaker mechanism operation status is analyzed.
