摘  要:采用感应式振荡型操作冲击电压对变压器进行现场冲击耐压试验具有效率高、易于调波、试验设备体积小等优点。为了研究变压器匝间短路故障在感应式振荡操作冲击电压下的电压传递函数特性,构建了感应式振荡操作冲击电压下变压器的电压传递函数,建立了模拟变压器匝间短路的试验模型,并以该模型为试验对象搭建试验系统进行试验。通过分析试验数据后发现,存在匝间短路故障的变压器在感应式振荡操作冲击电压作用下,其电压传递函数与无故障时相比,极值点所在的频率升高,极值点的幅值降低。短路故障越严重,极值点的变化趋势越明显。文中总结的感应式振荡操作冲击电压作用下变压器电压传递函数的变化规律有助于在现场对变压器进行感应式振荡操作冲击耐压试验并检测其绝缘缺陷。The inducting oscillating switching impulse(OSI)test for on⁃site impulse withstand voltage test of trans⁃former has advantages in efficiency,modulating wave and decreasing the size of equipment.In order to investigate the characteristics of the voltage transfer function of a transformer with a inter⁃turn short⁃circuit fault under Inducting oscillating switching impulse,this paper constructed the voltage transfer function of transformer under oscillating switching impulse,built a test model to simulate inter⁃turn short⁃circuit faults in transformer,and constructed a test system to carry on tests on the model.The results show that compared with no fault,the voltage transfer function of a transformer with a inter⁃turn short⁃circuit fault under OSI the frequency increases and the amplitude decreases of at the extreme point.Besides,the more serious the inter⁃turn short⁃circuit fault is,the more obvious the change of the ex⁃treme point is.How the extreme point of the voltage transfer function of a transformer with a inter⁃turn short⁃circuit fault under OSI changes which is concluded in this paper will help in transformer OSI test and insulation defect detecting.
