摘　　要：晶闸管阀广泛应用在常规直流输电、SVC、直流融冰等工程中,其性能的好坏是工程正常运行的关键。晶闸管阀安装完成后、系统调试前,以及更换晶闸管级元部件后,必须进行功能试验,对晶闸管级在各种工况下的电压、电流及回报光信号进行采集检测,判断各项功能和性能是否正常。在以往工程现场进行测试时,为实现晶闸管级的触发,需将已经插好的正常运行触发/回报光纤拔掉,换上和测试仪相连的测试光纤,测试完成后再插回原来的光纤,反复的插拔操作可能造成光路耦合度的改变和光纤及光器件的污染和损伤,且重新插入后无法确定其功能是否正常,影响设备可靠性。因此有必要设计研制一种用于工程现场的晶闸管阀功能测试系统,在不移动任何工程光纤的前提下,对晶闸管级的阻抗、触发、保护、耐压等进行全面测试,确保在投入运行前排除故障。文中基于测试仪及VBE的功能和时序配合,将测试仪、晶闸管阀、VBE组成一整套功能测试系统,该测试系统测试时仅需将测试仪的电气连接线连接到晶闸管级两端,便可实现对电气量和光信号的全面检测,简单高效可靠。Thyristor valve is widely used in LCC⁃HVDC,SVC,DC⁃based deicing etc.The performance of Thyristor valve is significant to the normal operation of the project.Between installation and commissioning,or after the re⁃placement of thyristor⁃level components,functional test must be carried out on the thyristor levels to check its volt⁃age,current and optical signal under a variety of operation conditions,and to judge whether all functions and perfor⁃mance are normal.During site test the normal operation fiber connected between TCU and VBE must be changed to test fiber which is connected between TCU and tester in order to trigger thyristor.When finished,optical fiber must be changed back.Repeated plug⁃pull may cause contamination and damage to optical fiber and other optical devic⁃es,and it can't be determined whether the function is normal after reinsertion,finally decrease system reliability.Therefore,it is necessary to design a thyristor valve functional test system for the site test.All tests of thyristor level,including impedance,firing,protection,withstand voltage strength and other items,can be carried out without mov⁃ing any connected fibers.Based on coordination of the function and timing sequence between the tester and VBE,the tester,thyristor valve and VBE are combined to form a functional test system.During test,there is only electrical connection between the thyristor level and the tester.A whole testing of electrical signals and optical signals can be achieved efficiently and reliably.
