摘　　要：研究了灾害应急制图知识规则的形式化表达方法,并在此基础上深入分析了灾害应急制图规则和空间尺度之间的相互关系,初步探究了多尺度下的制图规则表达策略,并应用于系统设计的实例中,充分满足灾害应急制图的时效性需求。This paper proposes and studies the formal expression method of knowledge rules for disaster emergency mapping, based on which the relationship between disaster emergency mapping rules and spatial scales is deeply analyzed. And then the strategies of mapping rules expression at multiple scales are explored initially, which is applied to the example of system design, and fully meets the timeliness requirements of disaster emergency mapping.
