摘　　要：某盘盖产品因客户要求需改进铸造工艺,采用数值仿真软件对初始工艺方案进行模拟,根据模拟结果分析缺陷存在的部位,并提出相应的补缩措施。最终得出可行的工艺方案来指导实际生产,从而提高效率。Due to the customer's requirement to improve the plate cover product casting process,the numerical simulation software was used to simulate the initial process plan,and then the defects were analyzed according to the simulation results,and the corresponding shrinkage measures were proposed.Finally,a feasible process plan is obtained to guide the actual production,so as to improve the efficiency.
