摘  要:通过理论分析与工业试验研究硅含量、碳含量以及铁液温度等对120 t转炉炼钢枪位的影响。结果表明,对转炉冶炼枪位影响最大的因素是铁液中的原始硅含量。一般情况下,铁液中原始硅含量越高,过程枪位控制就越高。铁液中的碳含量和铁液温度对枪位也有影响,高碳铁液冶炼枪位比低碳铁液枪位要高出100 mm左右。如果铁液前期温度低,并且硅含量偏低前提下,4 min之前需要降枪至1600 mm,否则渣中FeO过高,在5 min左右炉内会发生喷溅事故。The influence of silicon and carbon content,and molten iron temperature on oxygen lance height of 120 t convert was studied by theoretic analysis and industrial test.The results show that the primary silicon content in molten iron is the most important factor affecting oxygen lance height.In general,the higher the original silicon content,the higher the oxygen lance height from the level of liquid iron bath.The carbon content and temperature of liquid iron also have effect on oxygen lance height.The oxygen lance height for high-carbon molten iron is about 100 mm higher than that for low-carbon molten iron.If temperature is low in the early stage and silicon is low,the oxygen lance height should be lowered to 1600 mm before 4 min,otherwise the excessive FeO in slag will lead to spillage accident in the furnace within 5 min.
