摘　　要：本文分析武汉某新建治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎医院院所配备的药品目录和四味专有中药组方,从药物的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄四个方面总结了中西药相互作用的机制和用药监护要点,对指导临床合理用药、提高临床治疗效果、提高用药安全性具有重要意义。The article analyzed the drug catalogue and four proprietary Chinese herbal prescriptions in a new hospital for the treatment of COVID-19in Wuhan,summarizes the mechanism of interaction between traditional Chinese and western medicine and the key points of medication monitoring from four aspects:drug absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion,which is of great significance in guiding the rational use of drugs in clinical practice,improving the clinical therapeutic effect and improving the safety of medication.
