合理用药管控背景下某院神经内科中药注射剂使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析某院神经内科住院患者中药注射剂使用情况,为合理用药管控提供参考依据。方法:抽取2017年5月1日-2017年11月30日该院神经内科住院患者病例333份,对使用中药注射剂的患者的年龄、性别、用药品种、用法用量、疗程、联合用药等情况进行统计和分析。结果:患者平均年龄65岁,共涉及6种中药注射剂;中药注射剂用法用量合格率为94.44%,溶媒选择的合格率是96.30%,中药注射剂的使用疗程多集中在10~14 d,占55.60%。结论:神经内科中药注射剂使用的不合理问题较少,中药注射剂说明书的内容有待进一步完善。OBJECTIVE To analyze the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injections in neurology inpatients in a hospital and provide reference for rational drug use management and control.METHODS A total of 333 hospitalized patients in the Department of Neurology of the hospital from May 1,2017 to November 30,2017 were selected,and the age,gender,medication varieties,usage and dosage,course of treatment,and combination of drugs of the patients using traditional Chinese medicine injections were statistically analyzed.RESULTS The average age of the patients was 65 years,and 6 kinds of TCMI were involved.The qualified rate of usage and dosage of TCMI was 94.44%,the qualified rate of solvent selection was 96.30%.The course of treatment of TCMI was mostly 10-14 d,accounting for 55.60%.CONCLUSION There are fewer unreasonable problems in the use of traditional Chinese medicine injection.The contents of the instructions for traditional Chinese medicine injection need to be further improved.
