丹参注射液在甲状腺术后甲状旁腺功能保护中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参注射液对甲状腺术后甲状旁腺功能的保护作用。方法选取2016年10月至2017年4月甲状腺手术患者61例,随机分为观察组(24例)和对照组(37例),观察两组患者术前和术后1d、术后1个月甲状旁腺素(PTH)、血钙水平及术后24h引流液情况。同时观察两组患者低钙血症及症状性低钙血症的发生情况。结果术前两组PTH及血钙差异无统计学意义;两组术后1d和术后1个月PTH均较术前有下降,但观察组PTH下降明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后第1天引流液量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参注射液能保护甲状腺术后甲状旁腺功能,降低继发性甲状旁腺功能减退的发生率。Objective To explore the clinical study of Danshen injection on the protection of parathyroid function after thyroidectomy.Methods From October 2016 to April 2017,61 patients underwent thyroid surgery in our hospital were divided into Medication group(A group,24 patients)and Control group(B group,37 patients).The levels of parathyroid hormone(PTH),blood calcium and drainage volume postoperation 24 hours were observed before and 1 day and 1 month after operation.At the same time,the condition of hypocalcemia and symptomatic hypocalcemia in the two groups were observed.Results(1)There was no significant difference in PTH and blood calcium between AB groups before operation.(2)PTH in AB group decreased 1 day after operation and 1 month after operation compared with that before operation.However,PTH in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in drainage volume between group A and group B on the first day after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Salvia Danshen injection can protect parathyroid function after thyroidectomy,can reduce the incidence of secondary hypoparathyroidism.
