无创辅助通气早产儿实施袋鼠式护理的管理与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨早产儿无创辅助通气模式下的袋鼠式护理的管理与效果。方法选取2019年1月至6月应用无创辅助通气模式的早产儿72例,分为对照组与观察组。对照组予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上施行袋鼠式护理。比较两组早产儿不良反应发生例数和早产儿平均体重增长速度、恢复出生体重时间及达到完全肠内喂养时间。结果与对照组比较,观察组不良反应发生例数较对照组低、早产儿平均体重增长速度高于对照组,恢复出生体重时间及达到完全肠内喂养时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无创辅助通气模式下的早产儿予以袋鼠式护理可降低早产儿不良反应的发生,增加体重,缩短恢复出生体重时间及达到完全肠内喂养时间,有利于其追赶生长。Objective To explore the effect of kangaroo nursing on the growth and development of premature infants under non-invasive assisted ventilation.Methods Premature infants with non-invasive assisted ventilation mode admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected.The control group was preterm infants with non-invasive assisted ventilation mode whose family members refused kangaroo care,and the observation group was preterm infants with non-invasive assisted ventilation mode whose family members agreed and signed the notification of kangaroo care.The control group was carried out routine nursing,and the observation group was carried out kangaroo nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The number of cases of adverse reactions in two groups of premature infants,the average weight growth rate,the time to regain birth weight and the time to complete enteral feeding were compared.Results The number of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The average weight growth rate of premature infants in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the time to regain birth weight and complete enteral feeding was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangaroo nursing for premature infants in the non-invasive assisted ventilation mode can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,increase body weight,shorten the recovery time of birth weight and achieve complete enteral feeding time,which is conducive to their catch-up growth.
