摘　　要：报道了碘存在下2-(芳基乙烯基)苯胺和苯乙酮通过环化反应得到2-酰基喹啉的合成方法,该法反应条件温和、无需金属催化剂的存在,底物适用范围广,产率良好或适中,为多样化2-酰基喹啉衍生物的合成提供了一种有效途径.The cyclization reaction between 2-(arylvinyl)aniline and acetophenone in presence of iodine was reported,which offered an efficient and cost effective strategy to generate 2-acylquinoline derivatives under mild and metal-free conditions.
