摘 要:[目的]评价灭蝇胺在苦瓜上的残留行为和膳食摄入风险。[方法]建立灭蝇胺在苦瓜上的高效液相色谱分析方法,基于规范残留试验得到的残留试验中值进行长期膳食摄入风险评估。[结果]在添加水平为0.05、0.1、1 mg/kg时,灭蝇胺在苦瓜上的平均回收率为74.0%~79.2%,相对标准偏差为4.2%~5.7%。灭蝇胺在苦瓜中的半衰期为10.7~11.6 d。一般人群对灭蝇胺的国家估算每日摄入量(NEDI)为0.0661 mg,膳食摄入风险概率为1.7%。[结论]灭蝇胺在苦瓜中的残留不会对一般人群健康造成不可接受的风险。[Aims]This study aims to evaluate the residue behavior and dietary intake risk of cyromazine applied to bitter gourd.[Methods]The method was established for the determination of cyromazine in bitter gourd with high-performance liquid chromatography.According to the STMR of the supervised field trials,the risk assessment of long-term dietary intake was conducted.[Results]The recovery of cyromazine in bitter gourd ranged from 74.0 to 79.2%with the RSDs of 4.2-5.7%at the spiked level of 0.05,0.1 and 1 mg/kg respectively.The half-lives of cyromazine were 10.7-11.6 d in bitter gourd.The national estimated daily intake(NEDI)of cyromazine was 0.0661 mg with the risk quotient(RQ)of 1.7%for general population.[Conclusions]The terminal residue of cyromazine in bitter gourd will not cause unacceptable risk to the health of the general population.
