摘  要:利用有限元模拟软件Deform,模拟了变形高温合金GH4169在铸锭开坯过程中,分别采用“方-方”变形及“多向”变形两种热加工条件下,材料内部应力-应变的分布情况,同时在实际锻造过程中进行了验证。模拟结果表明,采取“多向”变形方式,能显著改善“方-方”变形中存在的变形不均匀情况,同时增加应变量。在实际生产中,“方-方”变形工艺生产的大规格棒材存在明显的残余粗晶区,采取“多向”获得了均匀的晶粒组织,未发现明显残余粗晶区,同时R/2处的室温和高温拉伸性能的波动性大幅度降低,室温面缩率和高温拉伸塑性有所提高。FEA software DEFORM was used to simulate the internal stress and strain distribution of wrought superalloy GH4169in the process of casting ingot forging,under two different hot working conditions of“square-square”deformation and“octagonal-octagonal”deformation.Simultaneously,it was verified in the actual forging process.The FEA results showed that deformation un-uniformity in the“square-square”deformation method could be improved significantly and the strain quantity could be increased when“octagonal-octagonal”deformation method was adopted.In the actual producing,the large size bar produced by“square-square”deformation process had obvious residual coarse grained region.On the contrary,it uniform grain was gained through“octagonal-octagonal”deformation process,and residual coarse grained region could not be found.At the same time,at R/2location,the fluctuation of tensile properties at room temperature and high temperature was reduced sharply,the reduction of area at room temperature and the tensile plasticity at high temperature were improved.
