摘 要:目的分析儿童上颌前牙区多生牙特点,进行新的MSCT分型。方法统计、分析586例儿童上颌前牙区多生牙的年龄、性别,在MSCT上观察多生牙的数目、合并恒上中切牙(11、21)特点,按照其唇腭侧位置、高中低部位、生长方向等特点进行新的MSCT分型。结果586例儿童上颌前牙区多生牙,有456例(77.82%)合并恒上中切牙(11、21)的改变;共846颗多生牙,各1~4颗,1颗及2颗占98.29%;按照位置分为唇侧、牙槽突处、腭侧,按照高中低部位分为高位、中位、低位,按照生长方向分为垂直向、倒置向、唇侧倾斜向、腭侧倾斜向、牙胚状态。结论利用MSCT进行唇侧、牙槽突处、腭侧位置分型,其次进行高位、中位、低位部位分型,再进行垂直向、倒置向、唇侧倾斜向、腭侧倾斜向、牙胚状态生长方向分型,有助于确定多生牙拔除的最佳手术入路、制订最佳手术方案。Objective To analyze the characteristics of supernumerary teeth of the maxillary anterior region in children,and to make a new MSCT classification.Methods The age and the sex of 586 children with supernumerary teeth of the maxillary anterior region were analyzed.The number of supernumerary teeth was observed on MSCT,and the characteristics of permanent upper central incisors(11,21)were found out.According to the lateral position of lip and palate,the middle and low position and the growth direction,a new MSCT classification was made.Results In 586 cases with supernumerary teeth of the maxillary anterior region in children,there were 456 cases(77.82%)with the change of permanent upper central incisor(11,21)up to 846 supernumerary teeth.The ratio of children with 1 to 2 supernumerary teeth was about 98.29%.According to the location of supernumerary teeth,there were labial side,alveolar process and palate side;According to the position,there were high position,middle position and low position;According to the growth direction,there were vertical direction,inverted direction,lip direction,palate direction and tooth germ state.Conclusion By MSCT,the location classification is made with labial,alveolar and palatal firstly,and the position classification with high position,middle position and low position and then the growth direction classification with vertical direction,inverted direction,lip direction,palate direction and tooth germ state.This will be helpful to determine the best surgical approach and to plan for extraction of supernumerary teeth.
