云南产业关联效应测度与比较研究--基于投入产出表结构分解

摘　　要：本文采用投入产出模型的结构分解技术,通过测度乘数效应、反馈效应和溢出效应来分析2015年和2012年云南的投入产出表中的42个产业的关联效应,并与2012年中国、上海和贵州的相产业关联效应进行对比。研究结果发现,产业之间的关联作用是促进云南经济增长最关键的力量,但是产业关联性还是低于上海和全国平均水平,这是导致云南的经济发展落后于全国平均水平和上海的重要因素。因此优化云南各个产业间的关联效应,加强产业的融合发展,同时提升产业的自身发展能力,是推动产业转型的根本,是实现云南经济发展高质量的重要路径。This paper adopts the structure decomposition technique of input-output model to analyze the correlation effect of 42 industries in the Input-output table of Yunnan in 2015 and 2012 by measuring multiplier effect,feedback effect and spillover effect,and compares the correlation effect with that of China,Shanghai and Guizhou in 2012.The results show that the correlation between industries is the most important force to promote the economic growth of Yunnan,but the correlation between industries is still lower than the average level of Shanghai and the national level,which is an important factor that causes Yunnan’s economic development to lag behind the national average level and Shanghai.Therefore,optimizing the correlation effect between various industries in Yunnan,strengthening the integrated development of industries,and improving the self-development ability of industries are the fundamental to promote the industrial transformation and the important path to realize the high-quality economic development in Yunnan.
