草莓试管苗继代增殖影响因子分析

摘　　要：本研究以红颊草莓试管苗为试材,以MS为基本培养基,探究不同激素配比、pH值、蔗糖浓度和不同外植体对草莓试管苗继代增殖的影响。结果表明,红颊草莓试管苗在以激素配比MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L时继代增殖系数最高达9.8;pH为5.8时增殖效果最佳,增殖系数达8.2;添加20 g/L蔗糖最适宜草莓试管苗增殖,增殖系数达8.0;以草莓离体试管苗半棵芽为外植体可显著加快侧芽萌发时间,增殖系数提高30%。本研究针对几个影响红颊草莓试管苗继代增殖的因子进行研究,为草莓种苗的快速繁育提供参考。In this paper,Benihoppe strawberry plantlets in vitro were employed to select the best condition of rapid propagation of strawberry.The results showed that:MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L was the optimum subculture proliferation medium,in which the proliferation index was 9.8.It proliferated best at pH=5.8 and the proliferation index of multiple was 8.2.The most suitable sucrose content was 20 g/L and the proliferation index of proliferation was 8.0.Half of a bud as explant accelerated the lateral bud germination,and multiplication factor was increased by 30.0%.In this study,several factors affecting the propagation of strawberry seedlings in vitro were investigated,which will provide a theoretical basis and technique guide for rapid propagation of strawberry.
