摘　　要：通过对健康中国战略实施路径的价值关注,提出了"价值健康"的观点并对其进行了解析,重点对比分析了"价值医疗"与"价值健康"的差异,依据《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》确定的健康中国总体战略目标,探索从健康五大领域构建以价值为基础的健康体系框架。By focusing on the value of the implementation path of Healthy China Strategy,a“value health”perspective is put forward to compare and analyze the differences between“value medical”and“value health”.The overall strategic goals of health China identified in the planning outline explore the construction of a value-based health system framework from 5 major areas of health.
