摘 要:对Al/BN可磨耗封严涂层环境暴露后的使役性能进行了研究。通过在海南某环境实验站投放Al/BN涂层试样,环境暴露考核6、12月后分别取回。分析了Al/BN涂层外观、可磨耗性能、耐冲蚀性能、结合强度等性能的变化;确定了环境暴露实验对Al/BN可磨耗封严涂层使役性能的影响。结果表明:经暴露6、12月后的Al/BN涂层外观无明显变化;采用单摆法刮削50、120μm深度所消耗的能量较原始涂层均有所下降,涂层可磨耗性能提升;原始涂层、暴露6月、暴露12月涂层冲蚀失重分别为1.2、4.8、2.8 mg,结合强度分别为5.89、3.90、4.32 MPa,涂层抗冲蚀能力、结合强度均有不同程度的下降。The working performance of Al/BN abradable seal coating after environmental exposure was studied. Al/BN coating samples were placed in Hainan environmental experiment station, which were retrieved after environmental assessment for 6 months and 12 months, respectively. The changes of appearance, abradability, erosion resistance and bonding strength performance of Al/BN coating were analyzed. The effects of environmental exposure test on the serviceability of Al/BN abradable seal coatings were analyzed. The results show that the appearance of Al/BN coating does not change significantly after 6 months and 12 months of environmental exposure. The energy required for single pendulum scraping at a depth of 50 μm and 120 μm is lower than that of the original coating, the abrasion performance of the coating improves. The erosion wear mass loss of the original coating, the coating exposed for 6 months and 12 months is 1.2 mg, 4.8 mg, 2.8 mg, respectively, and the bonding strength of the coating is 5.89 MPa, 3.9 MPa, 4.32 MPa, respectively. The erosion resistance and bonding strength of the coating both decrease in different degree.
