摘 要:通过OM、SEM、XRD和拉伸试验研究热、冷轧中间固溶/时效处理对MA18镁锂合金轧制板材组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:中间固溶/时效处理的轧制板材(RWQAR)比直接轧制(RR)的MA18合金板材晶粒细小,形成的第二相更多,同时存在明显的Al3(La+Ce)相。中间固溶时效处理可提高MA18合金板材的抗拉强度和屈服强度,但伸长率较直接进行冷轧的板材略微降低。中间固溶时效后的冷轧MA18合金板材拥有最佳的综合拉伸力学性能:抗拉强度207 MPa,屈服强度168 MPa,伸长率39%。The effects of solution/aging treatment during hot rolling and cold rolling on the microstructure and tensile properties of MA18 magnesium-lithium alloy rolled sheet were studied by OM, SEM, XRD and tensile test. The results show that, the grain size of the intermediate solution/aging rolled plate(RWQAR) is smaller than that of the MA18 alloy sheet by rolled directly(RR), and the second phase is more than that of the MA18 alloy sheet rolled directly, at the same time, there are obvious Al3(La+Ce) phases. The tensile strength and yield strength of MA18 alloy sheet can be improved by intermediate solution/aging treatment. But the elongation is slightly lower than that of the directly cold rolled sheet. The cold rolled MA18 alloy sheet with intermediate solution/aging has the best comprehensive tensile mechanical properties, the tensile strength is207 MPa, the yield strength is 168 MPa, elongation is 39%.
