摘  要:为了分析航天用GH4169棒材在锻造中开裂的原因,本文对开裂棒材进行了形貌观察、断口分析、能谱分析及化学成分检测等。确定了棒材开裂原因,对失效机理进行了分析。结果表明:该GH4169棒材在锻造中由于温度过高导致心部过烧引起脆性断裂。In order to analyze the causes of cracking of GH4169 bar for aerospace during forging, the morphological observation, fracture analysis, energy spectrum analysis and chemical composition detection of the cracked bar were carried out. The cause of bar cracking was determined, and the failure mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the brittle fracture of the GH4169 bar is caused by overburning of the core due to the high temperature in forging.
