摘　　要：针对目前晶闸管过零触发控制方式,在感性或容性负载情况下存在的晶闸管不能可靠触发、较大的关断过电压、电流波形不连续及畸变等问题,从基于电流过零点的自动检测和跟踪角度入手,提出了一种新型的晶闸管电流过零自动跟踪检测电路,并基于此设计了一种新型交流稳压电源。该稳压电源控制电路由纯模拟和数字电路构成,采用模块化设计,含有高精度交流有效值实时采样检测电路与通道给定电路、电流过零选通电路和过零触发互锁等逻辑处理电路,有效地防止了晶闸管误触发现象的发生。样机测试输出电压和电流波形完整连续无畸变,稳压度高,具有成本低、响应速度快、调试简单、晶闸管承受的冲击电流和电压低,以及工作稳定等优点。In view of the problems existing in the current zero crossing trigger control mode ofthyristor,such as the unreliable trigger of thyristor,large switching off over-voltage,current waveform discontinuity and distortion under the inductive or capacitive load,a new type of automatic zero crossing detection and control circuit of thyristor is proposed from the perspective of automatic detection and tracking based on current zero crossing A new type of AC power supply is designed.The control circuit of the stabilized voltage power supply is composed of pure analog and digital circuits.It adopts modular design and contains high-precision AC RMS real-time sampling detection circuit,channel setting circuit,current zero crossing gate circuit,zero crossing trigger interlock and other logic processing circuits,which effectively prevents the mis-triggering of thyristor.The output voltage and current waveforms of the prototype test are complete,continuous and distortion free,with high stability,low cost,fast response speed,simple debugging,low impact current and voltage on the thyristor,and stable operation.
