摘 要:以黄石某矿山酸性含铜废水为研究对象,对比了单一铁屑法和铁炭微电解法处理含铜废水的效果。结果表明,单一铁屑法处理含铜废水的最佳条件为:铁屑用量3g/L、反应时间40min、溶液初始pH值3、铁屑粒度1.0~2.0 mm,铜的去除率达88.65%;铁炭微电解法处理含铜废水的最佳条件为:铁炭总用量4g/L、铁炭质量比1∶1、反应时间20min、溶液初始pH值3、铁屑粒度1.0~2.0mm,铜的去除率达98.18%。综合对比两种方法的处理效果和经济效益,建议使用铁炭微电解法处理该矿山酸性含铜废水。Taking the acidic wastewater containing copper from a mine in Huangshi as the research object,the effect of the treatment of acidic wastewater containing copper by single iron scrap process and iron carbon microelectrolysis process was compared.The optimal conditions for the treatment of acidic wastewater containing copper by single iron scrap process were:the dosage of iron powder 3g/L,the reaction time 50min,the initial pH value of solution 3,particle size of iron scrap 1.0-2.0mm,and the removal rate of copper 88.65%.The best condition for treating copper wastewater by iron-carbon microelectrolysis process was total dosage of iron-carbon:4g/L;iron-carbon mass ratio:1∶1;reaction time:20min;initial pH value of solution:3;particle size of iron scrap:1.0-2.0mm;copper removal rate:98.18%.The treatment effect and economic benefit of the two processes were compared,and it is suggested that the iron carbon microelectrolysis process should be used to treat the acidic wastewater containing copper from the mine.
